Full Service Management Fees:

Leasing Commission – 50% of one month’s rental proceeds for on-going management

Monthly Management Fee – 10% of the monthly income per unit, thereafter

These Fees Include:

  1. Rental Market Analysis determining the Value of your Property
  2. Advise you on how to prepare the Property for showing
  3. Bring to your attention possible safety hazards
  4. Provide excellent exposure for your Property via our website & many other syndications on the web, print advertising, a great location for walk-in potential, flyers at office as well as on-site
  5. Show the Property while adhering to current laws
  6. Professionally screen potential tenants
  7. Prepare the rental & lease & all necessary documents, following all applicable Landlord-Tenant Laws
  8. Do a full Move-In Inspection with photos to document condition
  9. Collect rents & fees
  10. Pay your desired bills accompanied with the properties
  11. Post tenant notices as needed
  12. Coordinate any evictions
  13. Take maintenance calls & coordinate maintenance as needed
  14. Automatic deposit can be set up for your convenience and we will mail or email out monthly statements.
  15. Perform a Move Out Inspection
  16. Do cost estimate of cleaning & damage, fill out the Security Deposit Disbursement & provide a copy to the  Owner & mail to the Tenant within 14 days of the move out date per WA State Law

Lease Only:

Soria Property Management is proud to provide a ‘Lease Only’ Service for the Hands on Property Owner. For the Owners that don’t have the time or desire to fill a vacant property, but do not mind handling the property once a qualified tenant has been placed in the property, we provide a ‘Lease Only’ option.

Lease Only Fees:

  1. 100% of one month’s rental proceeds

These Fees Include:
