Kim Piazza: Rookie of the Year

Kim Piazza – Rookie of the Year 2015.

Kim Piazza was awarded Rookie of the Year by the North Puget Sound Association of Realtors and we couldn’t be more excited for her.

“It can be a tough business,” she said. “I think it’s all about keeping your integrity and being able to help somebody find their home.”

As far as best practices go, she’s found that courtesy, consistency and following-up make all the difference. Kim is aware that she’s new to the business and tries to exercise humility by asking for help whenever she needs it. That said, she makes a point of keeping clients and other agents up to date with all the information she has to offer. She believes it’s better for everyone that way.

When she’s not making phone calls and showing houses, Kim keeps busy with her two kids and family business, John Piazza Jr. Construction & Remodeling. She actively gives back to her community as an ambassador to the Burlington Chamber of Commerce and remains involved with the performing arts community.

Looking forward to the new year – and years to come – Kim hopes to keep up the good work tempered with modesty and a willingness to continue learning.

“I want to maintain the level of integrity that I approach this job with,” she said. “And I want to treat people with the respect they deserve by being upfront and honest.”
